4.1 With Barber Partners

We share necessary information with barbers you book appointments with, including your name, contact details, booking details, and any special requirements or notes you provide.

  • Cloud hosting providers for data storage and infrastructure
  • Analytics providers for platform improvement

15. SMS Communication Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box during booking or account registration, you expressly consent to receive text messages from StylePass regarding your appointments and account activity.

15.1 Consent Method

You provide consent by checking the "I agree to receive booking confirmations and reminders via email/SMS" checkbox during the guest booking flow or when updating your notification preferences in your account settings.

15.2 Message Types and Frequency

We only send transactional messages related to your appointments. Message types include booking confirmations, appointment reminders (1 hour prior), reschedule notifications, and waitlist updates. Message frequency varies based on your booking activity, with a maximum of approximately 4 messages per appointment.

15.3 Opt-Out Rights

You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any SMS message you receive
  • Updating your notification preferences in Account Settings
  • Contacting us at privacy@stylepass.app

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you choose to opt back in.

15.4 Data Sharing for SMS

Your phone number is shared with our SMS service provider (Twilio) solely for the purpose of delivering text messages. Twilio processes this data in accordance with their privacy policy and does not use your number for any other purpose.

15.5 Carrier Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan. StylePass does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may charge standard text messaging fees.
