Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the StylePass platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on StylePass's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
You may not:
Modify or copy the materials; Use the materials for any commercial purpose; Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software; Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations; Transfer the materials to another person.
3. Booking and Appointments
You may book appointments with barbers through our platform. By booking an appointment, you agree to arrive on time and cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot make your scheduled time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. The specific cancellation policy of your barber supersedes this general policy.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your barber may not be able to complete the full scheduled service, and you may still be charged the full service amount.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors. You agree to pay all fees associated with your bookings and subscriptions as described on our platform.
Subscription Plans
Subscription plans may be offered by barbers for regular services. By subscribing, you agree to the recurring billing terms specified in the plan description. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Refunds are provided at the discretion of individual barbers. Please contact your barber directly for any refund requests. StylePass acts as a platform and is not responsible for individual barber refund policies.
5. User Responsibilities
As a user of our Service, you agree to: Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and booking; Maintain the security of your account credentials; Be respectful and professional in all interactions with barbers and other users; Not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purposes; Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
6. Barber Relationships
StylePass acts as a platform connecting clients with independent barbers and stylists. All barbers operate independently and are not employees or agents of StylePass. We do not control or endorse the services provided by barbers and are not responsible for their professional conduct or the quality of their services.
7. Disclaimers
The materials on StylePass's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. StylePass makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
8. Limitations
In no event shall StylePass or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on StylePass's website.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which StylePass operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
